Evaluate the whole overhead system
The assessment considers shoulder motion and strength alongside scapular control, trunk contribution, training volume, and the exact position or load that is limiting you.
SHOULDER & UPPER-EXTREMITY REHABILITATION
A shoulder does not have to be severely painful to limit performance. Restricted overhead motion, weakness, reduced throwing tolerance, or a shoulder that never feels dependable under load can all keep you from training and performing the way you expect.
WHO THIS MAY HELP
The assessment considers shoulder motion and strength alongside scapular control, trunk contribution, training volume, and the exact position or load that is limiting you.
Treatment may combine mobility work, manual therapy or dry needling, cuff and scapular strengthening, pressing and pulling progressions, and graded exposure to overhead or high-speed tasks.
Progressions are matched to the goal, whether that means sleeping comfortably, reaching at work, pressing a barbell, throwing, swimming, or returning after surgery.
